Luke Wilson

Owner – RPM Tri-Cities

Luke earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from BYU-Idaho. During college, he launched two small businesses-window washing and car detailing-which sparked his passion for entrepreneurship.
In 2013, Luke founded Real Property Management Tri-Cities, where he has spent over a decade building a successful property management business focused on single-family homes and small multi-unit properties. With more than 12 years of experience, he’s developed a deep appreciation for the challenges and rewards of managing rental properties and serving both owners and tenants.
Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. He loves golfing, fishing, and making the most of life on the river.

Eleanor Towndrow

Eleanor is a seasoned property management professional with five years of experience managing residential properties at Real Property Management. Known for her hands-on approach and strong client relationships, she is committed to maximizing asset value and delivering outstanding tenant experiences. Alongside her core responsibilities, Eleanor also oversees HR functions within the team, contributing to a positive and efficient workplace.
Outside of work, Eleanor enjoys exploring nature and traveling with her husband and four children. In the spring and summer, you’ll often find her at the baseball field or tending to her garden, where her green thumb truly shines.

Samantha Rodriguez

Sam has been a valued member of our team for over three years. She began her journey with the company as a receptionist and has since grown into her current role, where she oversees key aspects of property management. Her responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and property owners, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all parties involved.
What Sam enjoys most about her work is the variety each day brings, and the opportunity to help owners successfully manage and grow their investments.
Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending quality time with her family and getting creative with crafting party decor.

Fun fact: She is a proud graduate of the University of Washington – Go Dawgs!

Lizette Morales

Front Desk Coordinator

As the front desk receptionist at a busy property management company, Lizette is the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and guests. With a strong focus on customer service, organization, and communication, she helps ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that everyone feels welcome and supported. Lizette takes pride in being dependable, approachable, and efficient, whether it’s coordinating appointments, handling inquiries, or assisting with administrative tasks.
Outside of work, Lizette enjoys going on camping trips and spending quality time with her family. These moments help her recharge and stay grounded, which she brings back into her work every day with a positive and focused mindset.

Jasmine Martinez

Jasmine grew up in the Tri-Cities and has built her career around connecting with people. With 15 years of customer service experience, she’s developed a strong reputation for being approachable, dependable, and driven. Jasmine loves meeting new people, learning new things, and is always looking for ways to grow-both personally and professionally. She’s currently preparing to earn her real estate license, with the goal of helping others find the perfect place to call home in the community she knows and loves.

Sergio Aquino

Sergio is 32 years old and a proud dad of three. He’s been with Real Property Management Tri-Cities for nearly three years, handling a variety of administrative tasks. Sergio’s primary responsibilities include paying vendors and billing owners and tenants, processing work orders and move-outs, and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time before check runs. He enjoys keeping things organized and making sure the backend runs smoothly, so the team and our clients can stay focused on what matters most.

Karely Gutierrez

Assistant Property Manager

Karely has honed her skills as a property management assistant in ensuring properties are not only maintained but also thrive. With her well-rounded skill set in marketing, new client onboarding, leasing, accounting, and maintenance, she is your go-to person. She finds joy in the great outdoors, often exploring hiking trails and immersing herself in nature. Their energetic approach to life and work makes them a dynamic presence in any team.

Russell Tagg

Maintenance Technician

Russell has been working with RPM TriCities for 8 years. He has seen the company grow from its infancy to its current state. He brings to the team many years of experience, professionalism, and a never-ending pursuit of learning and excellent service. Russell serves as the lead maintenance technician and is proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and a wide variety of common maintenance issues.
Russell has developed a talent for woodworking and has built numerous musical instruments, including ukuleles, harps, drums, guitars, and similar instruments. He has spent many years learning to cook healthy food; this past year, he has learned to bake fresh sourdough bread. Russell is also known as Dr Russell Tagg. He is a licensed chiropractor and has a clinic in Richland, WA.

Fun fact: Russell’s partner is from Colombia, South America. He has visited numerous times and is learning Spanish.

Rebecca Sullivan

Maintenance Coordinator

Rebecca has been with the company for over 2 years. Before joining the RPM team, Rebecca worked in the healthcare and insurance industry for over 15 years. She leads a crew of five maintenance technicians, managing the overall maintenance department’s daily activities. The main goal of the maintenance department is to effectively communicate with property investors and residents to solve property maintenance issues in a cost-effective manner. She keeps her team highly trained and organized to make sure the department runs efficiently.
Rebecca is a proud military wife and mom to four hardworking kids. Outside of work, she and her family run a small farm where they raise chickens, rabbits, pigs, and goats, grow fruit trees, and keep a big garden.
When she’s not busy with farm life, Rebecca loves being outdoors, exploring new places with her family, and making her own tallow-based skincare products.

Yanelli Hernandez

Maintenance Coordinator Assistant

Yanelli works remotely from Mexico as a Maintenance Coordinator Assistant. She supports the team by assisting with vendor and tenant communication, creating vendor profiles, and helping with tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager. Her main role focuses on completing virtual inspections.
She has been with the company for almost two years and enjoys the positive work environment, which makes her job even more fulfilling.
Outside of work, she loves painting, watching movies with her family, road trips, and dancing.

Her favorite quote is: “Do what you love, and do it with all your heart.”

Bryan Dickenson

Maintenance Technician

Bryan comes from a hands-on, hard-working background and currently works in property maintenance, specializing in single-family homes for a property management group. His career has been built through real-world experience, shaped by adaptability, problem-solving, and a strong work ethic.
As a maintenance technician, he’s the go-to person when something breaks or needs attention. Bryan handles a wide range of tasks, including plumbing and electrical work, as well as general repairs. What he enjoys most is the variety. Every day brings a new challenge, and Bryan takes pride in keeping properties safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Outside of work, he’s passionate about the outdoors. He enjoys hunting, fishing, farming, and developing survival skills. I also have a strong interest in technology, especially where it intersects with human behavior, innovation, and the future of intelligence. Bryan likes thinking big – while keeping his feet firmly on the ground.

Fun fact: Bryan was the high school mascot and was voted “Most Witty” for three consecutive years.

Jared Ackerman

Jared grew up in a small ski town at the base of Mt. Hood and moved to the Tri-Cities at 14 when his father started his own graphics business. Jared has always loved the outdoors, building forts, hiking, hunting, and camping, and developed a strong appreciation for hands-on work early on.
After high school, he joined the Army as a mechanic and served in Korea. Since then, Jared has been a jack-of-all-trades, continually developing his skills in every role he has taken on. He joined RPM in May 2023 and now focuses on irrigation and landscaping, while also handling appliance installations, plumbing, painting, unit turns, and fabrication.
Outside of work, Jared loves spending weekends with his wife and their two amazing daughters, Lily and Willow. He also writes music, plays the guitar, enjoys meditation, and finds peace in nature whenever possible.
Fun fact: Jared used to be a mime in a Christian drama group!

Jacob Perez

Maintenance Technician

Jacob started at Real Property Management in the winter of 2023 with skills solely as a painter by trade, but quickly expanded his knowledge to include plumbing, electrical, and other trade skills. He is a Maintenance Technician who enjoys completing bigger projects and ensuring homes are suitable for move-in. When he’s not making repairs, you’ll find him camping, at the gym, or hiking up a mountain.
